Efforts
on the visor and its components
The efforts obtained on the visor are observed in the figure
N°8, it shows the maximum efforts on the components of the
visor, this value is also under the acceptable value of effort
resistance of the material, reaching a maximum value of 8 Kg
/ mm2.

Efforts
on the floor and its main components
In the figure N°9, it is shown the efforts
on the inside floor, indicating that it doesn't suffer bigger
efforts caused
by the load of the mineral, being its maximum value in the interior
part of the floor 20 Kg / mm2.

FIGURE
N° 11 Zoom of the rear area of the main supports. |
In
the figure N°10, the floor is shown looked from the bottom
part, where can be observed the efforts on the beams, traverse,
the central longitudinal beam, the main supports and the supports
of the lifting cylinders . The biggest efforts are located
in the front part of the lifting cylinders and on the back
part of the main supports, this is due to the deformation that
is generated with the weight of the Dump Body and the load.
This effort doesn't surpass the 110 Kg / mm2 of
effort according to the approach of Von Mises, but it possesses
a very small
factor of security.
In the figure
N°11, a Zoom is shown from the back area of the main supports,
being observed an effort of 60 Kg /mm2, with colored
red as effort maximum. |
